As a Registered Nurse (Band 5), you\'ll be an integral part of our Primary Care and clinical DART team, supporting some of our most vulnerable patients and planning care for people with complex and challenging health needs. You\'ll be confident in all aspects of primary care delivery—including undertaking health assessments and performing diagnostic tests—and able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our service. We\'re looking for a candidate with lots of energy and an enthusiastic, \"can do\" attitude. You\'ll be working closely with Mental Health and Substance Misuse services to optimise on-site care and you\'ll need to form working relationships with a wide range of partners.
