Summary

Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Pharmacists and Paramedics

We are recruiting for registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Paramedic professionals in Cambridge who want to build upon their clinical skills, achieve a healthy work–life balance and advance professionally as a PIP or WCA Functional Assessor.

Applicants must have at least one year post‑qualification experience, be fully registered in the UK and be able to grow their medical knowledge of a variety of medical, cognitive and mental health conditions.

The role is full time Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and offers a salary of £37,500 (PIP) – £40,000 (WCA) per annum plus a £1,000 salary uplift after your first six months and a further £1,000 after 12 months.

Benefits include no night or weekend shifts, up to 10% quality and performance bonus once approved, a minimum of two days per week at a consultation centre, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and the option to purchase up to five additional days, internal progression opportunities, up to 6% contributory pension scheme and discounts across around 1,000 retailers.

Responsibilities include file‑work, face‑to‑face and telephone/video assessments for PIP or ESA benefits, producing comprehensive reports for DWP decision‑makers, and supporting customers while translating your current skills to meet the required level. You will receive comprehensive training, over 100 hours CPD per annum, revalidation support and opportunities to develop your career within the organisation.
