• With the support of your Majesticare team, you’ll work closely with residents, families, friends & carers to provide exceptional, physical & emotional, person-centred care.


• Ensuring a caring, safe & welcoming environment with a consistently high standard of personal nursing care is of the utmost importance to you.


• Combining your supervisory experience with a natural kindness, you'll know just how to oversee the team in the absence of the Home or Clinical Manager.


• Your dedication to always delivering outstanding care to promote choice, independence and dignity is reflected in the unique, care plans you create and maintain.


• With your sound understanding of NMC guidelines , you'll ensure the safe handling and administration of medications.


• Being highly organised, your proven ability in audit management would be advantageous.


• You understand that working some weekends is part of delivering exceptional nursing care.
