We are looking for an experienced RGN or RMNs to join our team in our beautiful home on a 36-hour contract.

Your schedule may include days nights and alternate weekends but we will discuss your preferred working pattern at interview.

Leading a team of Care Partners (Senior Carers) and Care Companions (Carers) you'll help deliver the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

Our household care model encourages our residents to spend time together in our communal areas along with single resident rooms with ensuite facilities.

Our residents are involved in daily domesticated activities to replicate home-life as much as possible for as long as possible so the smell of fresh coffee and freshly baked cakes is a daily experience.

You'll get to know and care for a small number of residents and build relationships with some incredible people.

We believe that care is better when relationships are better and we make time to invest in and build those relationships.

What are we looking for

You’ll have a minimum of 3 -5 years of UK nursing experience in a hospital setting ideally working within: Geriatric medicine wards High Dependency Units or Elderly / frailty care.

Alternatively you may have experience within the community or a care home setting supporting residents with complex medical needs. You'll also have the ability to lead and support the nursing team and contribute to delivering high-quality medical care for our residents.

  • RGN / RMN with an active PIN.

  • Interest in dementia care and new models of clinical excellence.
  • The ability to commute to the home under your own steam (public transport isn't brilliant).
