This is a role for a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents.
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will advise families and GPs of any changes in residents' conditions, and be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team to ensure all tasks are completed.
