This role includes leading a nursing team in providing high-quality care to children with severe brain injuries. As an Experienced Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a Multidisciplinary Team providing a high quality of service supporting children and young people who have severe brain injuries requiring complex neuro-disability management including long term invasive and non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy management, severe/complex epilepsy, and disorders of consciousness.

The Childrens Trust is the UKs leading charity for children with acquired brain injury, providing expert rehabilitation, education, therapy, and care at our national specialist centre in Tadworth, and to children and their families across the UK, via our Brain Injury Community Service.

The role of the Registered Nurse (Band6) is to assist the House Manager by leading and managing a team of Registered Nurses(Band 5), and Children’s Support Assistants, ensuring the safe andeffective delivery of a high standard of care across a twenty four hour period.
