Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN)

Night Shifts, 36 hours per week | £22 per hour + Paid Breaks

Our client is looking for a confident and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join a busy, modern nursing home that provides high-quality care for older adults. With a supportive team and a welcoming environment, this is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working nights and is ready to take on a role with leadership responsibilities.

This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical skills who can confidently lead a shift, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care. Due to the home’s location, a driving licence and access to a car is essential.

What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) qualification with active NMC registration.
  • Previous experience in a nursing home setting.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to manage a shift effectively.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
  • A valid driving licence (home not accessible via public transport).
  • A caring, approachable, and professional attitude.
