A healthcare provider in Salisbury is looking for a dedicated pre-operative nurse to join their team. This role involves assessing and managing patients' risks prior to elective surgery, formulating care plans, and ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards. To qualify, candidates must be registered with the NMC and have at least 24 months of experience. You have the exciting opportunity to be part of the innovative, forward-thinking pre-operative team who work together to safely triage, and risk assess each individual patient on the planned elective surgical care pathway. Using excellent communication skills, nursing knowledge and interpersonal skills, you will need to demonstrate independent safe decision-making, and be able to critically analyse intended patient care, to provide positive safe solutions.
