Northshore Medical & Aesthetics Center is a dynamic multidisciplinary patient centered medical facility and is seeking the services of a Registered Nurse to support this fast-paced, rapidly growing medical practice.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history and perform triage assessments.
  • Assess and document patients’ vital signs.
  • Administer medications to patients.
  • Provide education to patients and families about their treatment plan and medication.
  • Accurately document all aspects of patient care in medical records.
  • Ensure all correspondence is scanned and/or filed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust treatment plans.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in an outpatient medical clinic or hospital, medical office setting.
  • Active nursing license/registered nurse (RN) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills and proactive.
  • Proficiency in the use of ECW or similar EHR software and MS Office Suite.
