Whether you’re an experienced registered nurse or seeking a meaningful direction, working in a care home environment can be incredibly fulfilling. This role reflects the heart of nursing and involves collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide person-centred care.

About You

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will:

  • Make a difference to Residents at times when they may feel vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in important life decisions.
  • Hold a valid NMC PIN number and have at least 12 months’ NHS/health or social care experience.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, providing support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
  • Model effective communication, both verbally and in writing, and uphold professional behaviours.
  • Deliver a person-centred approach to care for Residents and their families.
  • Recognise safeguarding concerns and complete appropriate safeguarding training; seek advice and escalate concerns if action is not taken.
