Overview

Role

Our Children, Family & Young People Services across Suffolk are seeking dedicated Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join their existing team. This postholder will join an experienced multi-disciplinary team working with young people aged 18‑25 years of age.

Responsibilities
  • undertaking assessments of young people
  • working collaboratively with families and other supporting agencies to manage needs
  • holding a caseload and undertaking duty
  • participate regularly in the duty rota and be responsible for your own clinical caseload with supervision from our MDT
