Overview

Supported Living Manager. Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities. Multiple location options - Glasgow area/North Lanarkshire are/South Lanarkshire area

This is a great opportunity to join an award winning care provider as Registered Manager, overseeing several supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs.

Applications are encouraged from experienced, passionate Care Managers who have already held a CI registration, or someone with experience as a Service Manager and excellent understanding of working with adults with learning disabilities, looking for a move into a registered manager position.

You will be leading a team working across several services, some of which are shared houses, and also single occupancy properties. All are located within easy commute of the others.

What is important is a dedication to providing first-rate person centred care for your clients, with a sound knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and standards, and you will be a compassionate leader who enjoys motivating and developing staff, with a supportive leadership approach.
