Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Strategic Management
    • Lead staff teams.
    • Promote a high-quality care culture.
  2. Regulatory Compliance and CQC Governance
    • Maintain full compliance with CQC standards.
    • Lead audits, inspections and quality improvements.
  3. Service Delivery Oversight
    • Oversee daily operations and care delivery.
    • Ensure assessments, care plans and rotas are accurate.
  4. Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Risk
    • Act as Safeguarding Lead.
    • Manage incidents and investigations.
  5. Staff Management and Development
    • Recruit, supervise and support staff.
    • Lead performance reviews and training.
  6. Business Development and Stakeholder Engagement
    • Liaise with commissioners and local authorities.
    • Support tendering and service expansion.
