About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead the opening and ongoing management of a brand-new 3-bed childrens residential home in Solihull .

This home is being developed by qualified clinicians in partnership with a consultancy team , designed to provide a therapeutic, safe, and nurturing environment for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) .

As the Registered Manager , youll be responsible for overseeing registration, compliance, and the creation of a warm, trauma-informed home where young people can heal, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and Ofsted registration of a new childrens home, including policy development, recruitment, and staff training.
• Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Quality Standards .
