We are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead our 3 bedded Children’s Home located near Grantham. This is a really exciting opportunity for a current manager seeking a new challenge or an experienced deputy manager looking for the next step in their career to be an integral part shaping the home. We are committed to delivering therapeutic care to children and young people to provide them with the best emotional and physical environment to live in. Children and young people residing at the home may have experienced significant trauma and may have specific learning, physical and / or emotional needs. We are looking for someone who has a passion delivering therapeutic care and has previous experience in a similar environment.

Job Role

• To have full responsibility and to take a lead in the day to day running and oversight of the home.
