A leading care provider in Tees Valley is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a children's home in Stockton-On-Tees. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to caring for young people with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, alongside relevant supervisory experience. This position offers excellent career development and support, including funded qualifications and a robust wellbeing programme.
Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Stockton-On-Tees
Salary: £49,965.30 per annum + £5,000 OTE Bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: Equivalent to £23.99 per hour
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young people with EBD, Trauma, CSE, Neglect
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards within 6 months)
Experience in Years Required: 2+ years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role
