Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

Location: Newark, Nottingham

Salary: Starting at £50,000 + yearly Bonus and Ofsted Bonus

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling required

Employment Type: Permanent

Responsibilities and Requirements

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 in Children\'s Residential or equivalent
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children’s and Young People’s Service)

Required Experience:

  • At least 2 years in a relevant residential care role for children within the last 5 years
  • Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection
  • In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Homes regulations

We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Registered Manager with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people. Deputy Managers with the relevant experience will be considered.
