Salary: Up to 40,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our domiciliary care agency based in Denton, Manchester. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our agency and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance, support and supervision
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families and other healthcare professionals
  • Create and implement care plans for clients, ensuring their individual needs and preferences are met
  • Monitor and review the quality of care provided, making necessary improvements and changes as needed
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure the financial sustainability of the agency
  • Recruit, train and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date
Requirements
