Registered Manager - Children’s Supported Accommodation (2-bed)
Beyond Talent are delighted to be supporting this growing, financially stable care group, who is launching a new 2-bed supported accommodation service for 16–17-year-olds. The service has strong incoming interest and is ready to open once the right Registered Manager is in post. You’ll take the registration and help shape the model around your leadership, values, and practice - backed by an engaged, hands‑on senior leadership team who are passionate about quality and improving life chances for care leavers.
This is an ideal step up for a strong Deputy Manager or a platform for an experienced Registered Manager seeking autonomy, impact, and progression.
Supported accommodation offers young people more autonomy and freedom than a traditional children’s home—their own spaces, flexible routines, and independence‑building support. Potential residents may present low, medium, or high‑risk profiles, and some may have EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties). Your approach will balance safety, empowerment, and progression toward adulthood.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All appointments are subject to an Enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, and verification of the right to work in the UK.
Ready to lead a service that you can truly shape - and help open doors for care leavers? Apply with your CV and a brief statement outlining your registration experience and approach to EBD / behaviours that challenge
