Ideal Candidate

• Management qualification - NVQ Level 4 upwards
• At least 2 years\' experience as a Registered Home Manager
• Previous experience managing a residential, elderly home
• A proven track record of leading quality improvement and delivering clinical excellence
• A natural leader - approachable, supportive, and a strong communicator who empowers others

This home is located in Maidstone and is commutable from Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Ashford, Chatham, Canterbury, Gillingham & Ebbsfleet International
