Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum 60‑bed home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing. Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person‑centred Care environment. Minimum 3 years experience as a Home Manager. Evidence of CQC compliance, published rated good in the last 3 years. Level 5 in Leadership Management. Experienced in caring for older people. Capable and confident leader who drives and motivates a team. Confident in knowledge of CQC regulations. Passionate about delivering first‑class care.
