A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager to join a developing and supportive care provider. This is a well-established 52 bed care home delivering high-quality dementia and elderly care.

We are seeking a passionate and driven leader who can continue to deliver outstanding care, motivate a committed team, and maintain excellent compliance standards.

The Role

As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the service, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care. You will work closely with an experienced Regional Manager and receive strong ongoing support, including opportunities for additional training and qualifications.
