As the Registered Home Manager, you will:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care and support.
  • Drive the continued commissioning and implementation of our Reconnect service at Middleton Park Lodge.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and Orchard's high standards of care.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the wider community.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and development.

A proven track record as a Registered Manager in a care home setting.

Must be a nurse with an active NMC Pin.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Experience in commissioning or service development is highly desirable.

A passion for delivering person-centred care and innovation in dementia services.

Location: Middleton Park Lodge – Acre Cl, Middleton, Leeds LS10 4HX 
Salary: up to £75k – depending on experience.
