About the role:As a Registered General Nurse at Kathryn Homes, you will embody professionalism, kindness, and compassion in everything you do. Your role is crucial in providing our residents with a sense of security, dignity, and independence through personalised care.Your responsibilities will include administering prescribed medications following company and NMC guidelines, as well as providing treatments such as surgical dressings when needed. Our Registered General Nurses assess each resident's care needs thoroughly, handle medical emergencies, and maintain accurate records to ensure each resident has an individualised care plan.About you:We are seeking an exceptional Registered General Nurse who possesses strong leadership abilities. While prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous, it is not a requirement as full support will be provided. Our Registered General Nurses are kind and compassionate, and have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, the successful Registered General Nurse will be adept at building and nurturing relationships with residents and their families.
