Are you an experienced leader with a passion for making a real difference in young people’s lives? We’re seeking a dedicated Children’s Home Manager to take charge of our 1-bed home in Rochdale, supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, supportive leadership to both staff and young people.
  • Ensure the home consistently meets Ofsted standards and delivers excellence in care.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children can thrive.
  • Lead on safeguarding and care planning responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, professionals, and the wider community.
  • Motivate and develop your team to deliver exceptional standards of care.
About You
  • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willingness to complete).
  • Previous experience managing or deputising in a children’s residential setting.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
