This is a small residential care home for adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs. It is in a picturesque, easily accessed location in Huddersfield.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small residential care home for adults with autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs, ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
  • Collaborate with regional management teams and central quality and behavioural support teams to deliver best-in-class care and ensure sufficient resources.
  • Develop and implement service improvements in line with the organisation’s strategy, focusing on what is best for clients.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Care professional with strong management experience gained as either Service Manager, Care Manager or Registered Manager.
  • Solid experience of managing services supporting adults with complex needs (learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, autism, etc.).
