A leading UK care provider is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee quality care and support across eight services in South Central England. This role requires a nurse-qualified leader with proven experience in care management, able to inspire teams and achieve excellent outcomes. Responsibilities include leading compliance initiatives, mentoring staff, and managing several homes. The position offers a competitive salary up to £85,000, a discretionary bonus, and additional benefits including private medical insurance and a car allowance.

Regional Support Manager (Nurse-Qualified) | South Central England | £85,000 + Bonus + Package
Care Concern Group is expanding in the South Central region, and we are seeking an experienced, inspiring, and hands‑on Regional Support Manager to join our senior operations team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the delivery of care across eight services, comprising 544 registered beds, with over 70% current occupancy, very low use of agency, and an impressive average weekly fee of £1,666.
You will support a diverse mix of residential, nursing, and dementia homes, including Floryn House, Harrier Grange, Longbridge Deverill, Oakdene, Ridgeway Rise, Rowan Park, Valerian Court, and Yarnley House. With four newly commissioned services, your clinical and operational expertise will be pivotal in driving quality, sustainability, and growth across the region.
Reporting to the Regional Director, who is not nurse-qualified, your nursing leadership will provide essential oversight in clinical governance and care excellence.
