Position Summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of management experience leading and managing direct teams; managed care and multi‑site experience preferred.
• Experience managing daily Operations, staffing, budget/PnL, relationships with various stakeholders, growth and strategy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.

Compensation

The salary range for the role is $95,000–$151,000 per year. Compensation will depend on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
