A major water utility provider is seeking a Regional Security Advisor to ensure the physical security of critical assets across London and the Thames Valley. Ideal candidates will have strong negotiation and communication skills, experience in protective security, and a commitment to promoting a security-conscious culture. The role offers a competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum, along with a £4,500 car allowance and generous holiday entitlement.
We are currently recruiting multiple Regional Security Advisors, working as part of our Protective Security team in London and the Thames Valley / Home Counties. As part of the Regional Protective Security Team, you will have a close working relationship with site teams and other stakeholders to support the performance of our physical security, ensuring our critical assets within a specific area of our estate are secure.
You will be the link between our regulator’s guidance and the business, providing security advice to colleagues as required. An ambassador for promoting security and adherence to the associated policies and procedures across the business, to ensure the security is maintained for Thames Water’s people, processes, premises, and assets.
This will be your base location, but there is a requirement to travel around the region that you cover.
Working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
