Regional Sales Manager - Radiators / Plumbing & Heating

Area to be covered

West Midlands, South West & South Wales (can be flexible on location)

Remuneration & Benefits
  • Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + depending on experience + bonus
  • (For a National Key Accounts or National Sales Manager can pay significantly more)
  • The role offers: £500 car allowance or company car & benefits package
Responsibilities
  • Regional Sales Manager position selling a range of radiators
  • All of your time will be spent selling to independent plumbers merchants
  • Targets to achieve circa £300k first years
  • 1st year 15,000 radiators sold, 2nd year 25,000 and 30,000 in year 3
  • Majority of the accounts will come from your own black book of contacts
Qualifications & ideal applicant
  • Must have a demonstrable sales track record selling to independent plumbers merchants
  • Must have a black book of independent plumbers merchants
  • Must have related HVAC / plumbing & heating product experience
  • Ideally 10-15 years' experience in the industry
  • Comfortable with working within a competitive environment
  • Strong negotiation / closing skills
