  • Champion a 5-star customer journey, ensuring a flawless luxury experience from first enquiry to completion.
  • Analyse market intel, pricing trends and competitor activity to enhance strategy and maximise ROI.
  • Manage forecasting, stock control and KPIs with accuracy and commercial confidence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, build and customer service to strengthen the full end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Represent the brand at VIP launches, previews and high-profile industry events.
  • Protect brand standards, compliance and presentation excellence across all sites.
