Our Client is a renowned supplier of Printing Equipment who pride themselves in being a market leader, an Investor in People and part of Best Companies. Our Client seeks to appoint an experienced Machinery Sales Executive for the South East of England.

Overview of role

Overall Purpose of Role:- To sell the company’s Print Machinery and provide support to the UK Sales Department, UK Direct Sales & Partner Manager and Customers to maximise profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales target
  • Produce a Territory Plan at the start of each FY
  • Ensure best use of time in the business hours are achieved to work smart and push sales opportunities
  • Ensure demonstrations are booked in agreement with the Showroom Manager.
  • Ensure any credit terms outside of normal business rules are agreed with the Manager.
  • Ensure written proposals and quotations are clear and describe the current situation, the desired situation and your recommendation.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with other sales departments.
  • Attendance at Direct Sales Team meetings.
  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Record, escalate and follow through customer complaints in line with the Company procedure.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments.
  • CRM database reporting & updating ensuring accuracy of information, access orders within department time scales and ensure all paperwork is submitted correctly.
  • Professionally manage customer relationships in order to improve customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Manage department administration & workload against department timescales.
