  Drive performance through effective KPI management, forecasting, and pipeline development.

  Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure service excellence.

The Successful Applicant

  Experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial tools, MRO, or distribution sectors.

  Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.

  Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  Ability to travel regionally as required.
