Regional Sales Director / Manager | Area Director - premium media services

Area: South-East incorporating Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Sussex and parts of Wiltshire

The Role of Regional Sales Director | Area Director

  • This is a field / home based role (approx. 3 days WFH / 2 days field based)
  • Due to sustained growth and performance, our client have asked us to support them in identifying an exceptional sales leader as part of a growth strategy within the region.
  • As Regional Sales Director / Manager | Area Director, you will manage a team of 10 field based Account Managers that are responsible for managing /developing relationships with estate agencies.
  • You will be tasked with implementing your coaching and leadership skills to develop the long term output of your team.
  • Conduct 1-2-1's and conduct training and coaching sessions
  • Appraise the performance of team members and ensure they are focussed on activities that support great account management

The Requirements of the Regional Sales Director / Manager | Area Director

  • A successful and stable track record in service sales people-management.
  • Excellent sales coaching / training methods and the ability to implement these
  • An agile and flexible sales management approach
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in a 'data-driven' sales environment
  • Structured blue-chip backgrounds are preferred
