Regional Recruitment Partner

Permanent Contract - £30,000 per annum

Based in Bury or surrounding areas | Full-time, hybrid role

At Acuity Care Group, people are at the heart of everything we do and it all starts with finding the right ones. We're looking for a Regional Recruitment Partner who brings energy, empathy, and a talent for finding talent. You will be based from home but must be able to work from our Bury office 2 days per week, with responsibility for covering the North West region, including Greater Manchester. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is essential, as the role involves running and attending recruitment events, working with local colleges, and making regular visits to our Nottingham head office.

Yes, we need someone who can lead recruitment processes with confidence and keep things running smoothly. But even more, we're looking for someone who wants to shape our employer brand, create standout candidate experiences, and help us grow teams that really care.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead with purpose – Manage end-to-end recruitment in your region, from brief to offer, building strong relationships with hiring managers along the way.
  • Attract brilliant people – Create and deliver local attraction strategies, build pipelines, and bring our employer brand to life at events and in the community.
  • Make hiring days count – Plan and run engaging assessment days that showcase our values and help us spot the best fit.
  • Get the details right – Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track, report, and keep things moving.
  • Put candidates first – Deliver a recruitment experience that's respectful, efficient, and genuinely human.
  • Be part of the bigger picture – Work closely with HR, operations, and compliance teams to make sure every hire is a great one and that every candidate feels supported from day one.
What You Bring
  • Experience in internal recruitment, ideally within health and social care or a regulated sector.
  • A strong grasp of safer recruitment practices, ATS platforms, and what makes a candidate experience exceptional.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑focused environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • Experience representing your organisation at job fairs, events, or local networking sessions.
