A leading care organization is looking for a Regional Recruitment Partner. This full-time, hybrid role based in Bury involves managing end-to-end recruitment, shaping the employer brand, and enhancing candidate experiences. Ideal candidates will have internal recruitment experience, particularly in health and social care, along with strong relationship-building skills. This position offers the freedom to lead and make a significant impact on the recruitment process while working closely with HR and operations teams.
Permanent Contract - £30,000 per annum
Based in Bury or surrounding areas | Full-time, hybrid role

We're looking for a Regional Recruitment Partner who brings energy, empathy, and a talent for finding talent. You will be based from home but must be able to work from our Bury office 2 days per week, with responsibility for covering the North West region, including Greater Manchester. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is essential, as the role involves running and attending recruitment events, working with local colleges, and making regular visits to our Nottingham head office.
