Overview

We are seeking a Regional Neighbourhood Manager (permanent, full-time) to join our Housing & Communities team. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction, delivering excellent neighbourhood services, and driving performance across the region in line with regulatory standards.

As Regional Neighbourhood Manager, you will lead and develop a team to deliver effective services across lettings, estate management, tenancy sustainment, and resident engagement. You will act as the regional lead for housing for older people and supported living, monitor performance data to identify trends, and implement service improvements. You will also manage initial income and anti-social behaviour cases, ensure compliance with legislation and organisational policies, and work closely with contractors, partners, and internal teams to deliver joined-up, efficient services.

We are looking for an experienced housing professional with proven leadership and people management skills. You will have the ability to analyse data and use insights to shape services, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of tenancy management and estates services. A housing-related qualification is desirable, but we welcome applications from candidates with equivalent experience. Most importantly, you will bring a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion, and delivering excellent customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to our residents, shape neighbourhood services, and help us build stronger communities.

Benefits
  • £56,520 per annum
  • Permanent Full Time contract
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
  • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
  • Trailblazing family leave (Maternity, Paternity and Adoption – 12 weeks full pay/6 weeks half pay) – Subject to eligibility
  • A healthcare cash plan, life assurance
  • Formal qualifications and paid professional membership
