• Experience in civil engineering hazards, particularly groundworks.
• Ability to build relationships from site to board level.
• Solutions-led H&S professional capable of identifying and managing risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide support on SHE issues to management and workforce.
• Attend pre-commencement meetings to contribute proactively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legislation.
• Promote a positive Health & Safety culture.
• Assist in the preparation of health and safety strategies.
• Produce RAMS and SSOW for site.
• Perform site visits and audits with reporting.
