A leading logistics provider in the UK is seeking a Regional HR Manager to support their Home Delivery Network. This role involves leading a team, providing HR guidance, and managing complex employee relations matters across multiple sites. The position is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary of approximately £55,000 per annum plus benefits. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR management and strong knowledge of employment law.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a Regional HR Manager to support our Home Delivery Network. This national role spans multiple sites, giving you the opportunity to work with diverse teams and truly influence how we support our colleagues. You'll provide clear, consistent, high quality ER guidance while managing a varied caseload across both warehouse and transport operations. No two days will feel the same.
This is fulltime, 6month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You'll work Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times. We're open on home location, but you'll need to travel to sites in Nuneaton, Doncaster or Harlow.
