A growing professional services firm in the South is seeking an HR Business Partner to integrate newly acquired offices and support regional leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong background in change management and HR processes. This role offers a salary range of £50,000–65,000 and a hybrid working model with travel required across multiple sites.

As Regional HR Business Partner, you'll be at the centre of integrating newly acquired offices, supporting leaders through change, and embedding strong HR practices. You'll work across multiple sites in the South, with Exeter as the preferred hub, and monthly travel to the Northampton head office.
This isn't a "steady state" role, it's a highly commercial, hands-on position where you'll play a key part in shaping the future of the people function.
