• C&G 7300 or equivalent required.
• Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or similar experience needed.
• Must have working knowledge of legislative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions based on objectives.
• Provide hands-on training across various subjects.
• Plan and publish training calendars.
• Ensure up-to-date training files for employees.
• Observe and assess workplace practicalities.
• Maintain contact with new staff for coaching.
• Attend meetings and conferences as needed.
