A leading equipment rental provider in the UK is seeking a Regional Engineering Manager to lead their Service Engineers across the region. The role involves managing repair programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering team development. We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Engineering Manager to join the Sunbelt Rentals team. Supporting our team of Service Engineers, Service Centre and Workshop Managers, you'll drive a continuous improvement program based around safety, people, quality, productivity and equipment availability. You'll also be responsible for a team of field-based Engineers throughout the UK, including the organising and allocation of daily work schedules.
