A prominent engineering consultancy in the UK is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead their Building Surveying team. This role involves managing high-profile projects, enhancing client relationships, and driving business development. Candidates should possess a relevant construction qualification and a strong track record in consultancy services. The individual will work closely with the Head of Building Surveying, the office Directors and existing teams to deliver the business plan strategy and maintain growth within the market. You will need experience of leading consultancy teams on behalf of the client and demonstrable skills in managing and delivering consultancy services within the Building Surveying market, contributing to regional business development, key client account management for high-profile projects, and the ability to manage and develop a team across multiple sites.
