Overview

An Opportunity Is Now Available For a Regional Director To Join Our South West And Wales Leadership Team To Take Responsibility For The Below Travis Perkins Branches

Branches Covered: Aberystwyth, Bala, Begelly, Caernarfon, Denbigh, Fishguard, Haverfordwest, Lampeter, Machynlleth, Milford Haven, Mold, Oswestry, Porthmadog, Queensferry, Ruabon, Wrexham

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for all branches across the patch
• Collaborate with Managed Services, Hire & Benchmarx operations to drive profitable sales
• Directly manage c.16 TP Branch Managers and indirectly influence all teams within the sub-region
• Lead the sub-region to be run safely, profitably and in-line with the business overall objectives
• Apply creative thinking, challenge the norm and deliver change while keeping customers at the heart of everything

Qualifications

• A track record in driving sales growth and building and developing engaged teams; experience in a Regional Director role or a different role seeking the next step up in career
• Possess a commercial agility to react to an ever changing business and its markets
• The ability to create a compelling and realistic growth strategy, understanding how to get your teams engaged and working towards the same goals
• Spot opportunities, both commercially and operationally and run with them
• Thrives in an operational sales environment where you are responsible for your own P&L
