A leading global transport company is seeking a Regional Customer Sales & Support Manager to enhance partnerships through premium customer service. The candidate must have sales experience, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with customers and dealerships. This remote position requires frequent travel within Scotland’s Central Belt and offers a competitive salary up to £60,000 plus bonuses.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Customer Sales & Support Manager to develop and drive an insight driven sales culture with shared accountability for the customer experience delivered within the region. As a key stakeholder in the regional team, you will also support the development and delivery of the regional plan to deliver the overarching vision of Volvo Trucks within the day-to‑day operations in North & Scotland.
You are a passionate, hardworking individual who is keen on developing positive relationships with our customers through providing quality service. You will have knowledge of data analysis and statistics which would be beneficial in this role along with the ability to thrive under pressure without compromising on quality.
