As a Regional Business Manager you will play a key part in developing the business growth objectives by way of working within a defined geographical location to increase brand awareness, partner and consumer experience within the vehicle servicing and maintenance industry.

  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, touching base and visiting sites on a regular basis to support and maintain business relations.
  • General business development.
  • Sales & Marketing activities (which may include working weekends)
  • Lead generation and prospecting.
  • Growth of branded independent garage network proposition.
  • Training / Coaching clients and partners of the business.
  • Analysis of market trends to generate business growth opportunities.
  • Circa 40%(+) field based working (lone working).
Candidate requirements
  • Automotive knowledge preferably within aftersales operations.
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Contacts within the automotive industry (preferred)
  • Prepared for occasional nights away from home.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and existing parties.
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Strong Negotiating skills.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in direction.
  • Good time keeping skills
