A leading accessibility solutions company based in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Build Manager to lead preliminary building works for Homelift installations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction, excellent leadership abilities, and relevant qualifications. A competitive salary range of £47,000 - £52,000 per annum, along with a company vehicle and benefits, is offered.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and man-management skills to motivate and develop on-site teams.
  • Proven technical knowledge in structural modifications.
  • Demonstrable hands-on mentorship experience working within a build/construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all early-stage construction activities for Homelift installations.
  • Work with the Build Compliance Manager to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Provide on-site coaching to builders ensuring health and safety standards.
