Job Summary

Bin loaders needed ASAP in Leicestershire with an immediate start for successful candidates!!

Key Responsibilities

We are excited to be expanding our team of refuse loaders locally in the area. You will go out on the bin lorry, to set areas where you will load waste, recycling and garden waste bins onto the truck to be emptied. This is a hands‑on job role, we are looking for individuals who are reliable, hard‑working and great team players. You will be professional when out on the rounds and be polite with members of the public.

You will be working outdoors, come rain or shine and walking throughout your whole shift therefore you must have a good level of fitness.

You will have previous experience of working outdoors.

This is a physical role where you are walking in safety boots, no matter what the weather.

Due to location and start times you must live within walking distance or have your own transport.

Start after a successful induction!

Monday to Friday shifts availible with start times from 06:30. You will usually be finished no later than 14:30, but even if you have an earlier finish, you will be paid a minimum of 7 hours per day.

Working Conditions & Pay

You will be paid from £12.65 per hour. Bank Holidays are paid at double time, £25.30 per hour. Holiday is accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
