Overview

We are working with a business who has been in trade for 60 years. They come with an excellent reputation and are engaged on a number of design, installation, maintenance and break down services across the North of England and focus on commercial Refrigeration, Air conditioning, and Ventilation disciplines.

They have gone from success to success in the Northeast and are now expanding to the Northwest. Due to the growth, they now require a highly skilled Refrigeration Engineer with high personal values for the following role.

Responsibilities

• Senior Supervisor role is based in Bolton / Manchester area (Northwest) to help grow the 3rd branch of the business expanding its services locally alongside the other two branches based in the Northeast and South Yorkshire.
• This is a senior role within the Company in which the person will work alongside the South Yorkshire Branch Manager, ensuring refrigeration and Airconditioning services are undertaken in the Northwest to a high standard required by our customers.
• Good communication skills and teamwork are required, along with a positive attitude and a want to ensure excellent customer service alongside doing site surveys.
• We envisage the role will change over a period of 2 years to a non-manual working role in which the supervisor will supervise engineers on service works and carry out contracting of refrigeration and Airconditioning installations.
• The role is of high importance to the Company, and a dedicated highly motivated refrigeration engineer with good honest personal values is required for this role with a minimum of 5-10 years' experience servicing refrigeration equipment.
• O/T Earnings - anything after 40 hours mon - Fri is time and a half. All Sat is time and a half. All Sun is double
