Recruitment Team Leader

Salary: £38-50k + excellent benefits & car allowance

Location: Manchester

My client, a well established consultancy are looking to expand there manufacturing and engineering Division. They specialise in providing recruitment within the manufacturing & engineering sectors. They are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Leader. You may currently be a Team Leader or Manager or you may wish to step up and are currently a Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to progress. My client has great offices within the Northern Quarter of Manchester and a fantastic team environment and a true focus on values and culture.

Responsibilities
  • Generating new business on their busy manufacturing and engineering division, both contract and permanent,
  • Managing a team of 4 Recruitment Consultants
  • Networking with clients on the phone, conducting face-to-face client meetings
  • Carrying out thorough candidate interviews
  • Sourcing high-quality candidates via an extensive database, job boards, head hunting,
  • Referencing candidates, producing detailed CVs
  • Keeping up to date with the market via press releases and social networking
Qualifications
  • Be a team player and self-motivated
  • Previous sales / recruitment experience minimum 3 years
  • Possess good written and spoken English skills
  • Be confident at communicating effectively at all levels, both in person and on the phone
  • A positive and energetic outlook
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Have the ability to make things happen (starting and finishing)
  • Have a passion to achieve exceptional standards for business and personal gain
