Overview

Ideal Recruit is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Barnsley. You will attract and screen candidates, match them to temporary or permanent positions, and build strong client relationships to understand recruitment needs.

Office hours

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 3pm

Responsibilities
  • Source applicants via social media, job sites, and database
  • Pre-screen candidates over the phone
  • Book and conduct interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Provide general admin support
  • Liaise with clients daily
  • Support recruitment and administrative processes as needed
Requirements
